Introducing Protex Quick Dry Super heavy-duty Floor Paint available in 5 litre, 10 litre, and 20 litre containers. With fast delivery options, you can transform your floors quickly and efficiently.

The PU150 Floor Paint delivers exceptional performance to withstand the challenges faced by factory floors. It is specifically formulated to resist abrasion and wear caused by frequent movements of vehicles such as forklifts, pallet trucks, cars, and 4x4s. In addition, our PU150 Floor Paint can handle static loading from pallet stacking or other equipment on the floor.

It offers excellent resistance to liquid or chemical spillages, including water, oils, cutting agents, soft acid cleaning agents, wheel/brake cleaners, engine coolant, brake fluids, and certain fuels commonly used in industrial processes.

Note : While it provides strong protection against spills, it is important to promptly clean and remove any such substances from the coated area. Prolonged exposure may compromise the paint's resistance. It is suitable for most factory floors made of reinforced concrete, effectively strengthening and improving the surface. It also aids in reducing dust build-up with a primer coating recommended for dusty unpainted areas before applying the topcoat.

The top functions of this industrial floor paint are:

 - To strengthen and improve the factory floor surface

- To eliminate dust build up on surface (pre seal primer coating is always advised on dusty unpainted areas before a topcoat is applied)

- To increase the floors abrasion and wear resistance

- To provide the increased additional chemical resistance

- To improve the appearance and ambience of the working environment

- To speed up the cleaning/mopping of the area cutting down on time of this task and also to help combat dust issues on stock and surface contamination

- To delineate specific areas, such as: safe walking areas, parking bays or access routes and other directions etc.

Benefits Of Applying Pre Seal :

* Sealing Helps The Paint Stick Better

If you don’t seal the surface, the paint will come off a lot easier. The sealant creates a barrier between the paint and the surface, which will help keep the paint in place. This is especially important if you’re painting a surface that’s been exposed to the elements such as sunlight, rain, etc.

* Sealing Helps Prevent Staining

Grime and dirt can easily seep into the surface if it doesn’t contain sealer. This can cause your paint job to look a lot worse, and it’ll be harder to clean up. Sealing before painting will help prevent this from happening.

* Sealing Protects The Surface From Damage

Paint can chip and scratch if you don’t apply the sealing properly. Sealing the surface before painting will help protect it from damage, and it’ll keep your paint job looking good in the long run.
